Celebrating 10 Years of Shorty

In 2002, Marcie Hill started writing a newsletter, Shorty In Da House, to thank everyone who helped her with her job search at that time. It was easier to create a newsletter than to make individual phone calls. It grew from there to become a community newsletter, sharing things happening in the community, great news and other tips. It was a great way to connect people in the community. This is the very first newsletter.

In January 201o, Shorty was transformed into this site, and has been going strong ever since. Join me in celebrating Shorty by leaving feedback and suggestions.
