Job Description
Responsible for completing all designated pre-assembly and assembly functions to produce high quality Custom Sterile surgical kits. Responsible for all pre-assembly which includes: locating carts/bins, opening and verifying components, pre-assembling components, and station set-up. Assembling kits and complying with all GMP’s, policies, procedures. Continuous housekeeping and daily cleaning of work area. Follow all safety rules and procedures
Physical environment/working conditions: The position is in the factory and could involve sitting, standing, walking and lifting for long periods of time throughout the day.
Other: Must be able to work as part of a team. Must be able to work in a controlled access environment and abide by all dress code regulations. All workers are expected to be available to work in all areas of the facility as needed. The facility operates 2 shifts with no guarantee of shift. May be required to work overtime as needed

Job Description

High eff. places cases on conveyor in a timely manner. Ensures a safe work environment
Housekeeping of packing work station and surrounding areas.
This job prepares boxes to support Spacker function which may include (placing labels on cases). This functions also palletizing completed cases.
Assist Routing Lead, Loaders and work with Production Teams.
Must be able to lift up to 50 ponds thru out your work day.
Ability to handle various situations at a time , with all manual process
Required use of computers, basic math and using high tech scanner for tracking.

Ops Assistant – Vernon Hills ($15/hr) – Pricing exp a plus
Essential Functions:
1. Develops a productive relationship with all suppliers to negotiate supplier returns when necessary.
2. Works with suppliers and freight carriers regarding freight damages to negotiate favorable disposition of damaged goods.
3. Processes debit memos for all returns as required.
4. Processes all customer returns sent back to Cole-Parmer on return authorization forms and determine disposition of product.
5. Processes supplier credit memos and follow-up with suppliers when necessary.
6. Reconciles all receiving issues and work with Inventory Control to facilitate system updates when appropriate.
7. Works with other departments in continuous improvement projects and in all aspects of improved customer responsiveness (internal and external).
8. Works on special department related projects as assigned by department Manager.
9. Contributes ideas and suggests improvements of existing inter- or intra-departmental systems.
10. Investigates various and new approaches to problem situations.
11. Performs other duties as assigned.

This position is a long term temporary opportunity. Our client is looking for a candidate with mortgage loan processing, insurance processing, and loan packaging and shipping. Previous loan officer experience and sales experience are required.
Sales Assistant (Insurance Industry) – The Sales Assistant position is located in Oak Park. This position is an “Entry to Insurance” type of position, not entry level. Ideal candidate for the Sales Assistant position will have at least 2 years of experience in outbound phone sales. This position is a temporary part time position that will potentially go to full-time permanent.

Responsibilities: To include all aspects of packaging pharmaceuticals to customer specifications. Requires prior experience directly with pharmaceuticals in a GMP environment or machine operations within a GMP environment, preferably maneuvering small parts and pieces. 1st and 2nd shift positions.
