How Reliable Are The Red Light Enforcers?
What really makes me question the videos at all is my great city of Chicago. The city that is making its citizens carry the weight of its financial burden which resulted from mismanagement, greed, and shady transactions. I know Chicago is not the only city in this situation, however, it’s the one I live in and the one I can speak on.
