WSCR-AM is searching for an Interactive Webmaster to join the CBS Digital Chicago team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that is constantly evolving. This positions reports directly to Director of Digital Operations for the Chicago Market.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
– Accountability and responsibility for the graphic design elements, maintenance and implementation of on-line and new media programs
– Monitor and track web stat growth for station websites including page views and unique users each month, and create monthly plans to implement in order to accomplish the continued
– Ability to constantly work to keep cutting edge design and function assigned station websites.
– Working with Director of Technology to explore and implement new avenues of on-line branding and new ways to interact with listener loyalty programs.
– Interaction with sales and marketing to create successful on-line promotional campaigns on assigned websites.
– Build and update station’s weekly e-newsletter, including the promotions, web pages, graphics within the newsletter and the maintenance of that database.

Requirements:

Knowledge & Proficiency in HTML, Mac OSX, Adobe CS4 (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) with a background in graphic design, database management, and motion design (Flash & After Effects). A never ending drive for perfection to push the limits of digital capabilities is essential in fulfilling the job responsibilities in this fast-paced, demanding environment. The ideal candidate will be able to provide work portfolio on request.

Compensation:
Equivalent with experience. Full-Time with benefits
