City of Chicago Website Is NOT Easy to Navigate

Sometimes things that are intended to make things better just don’t work. Like the City of Chicago’s website.

It used to be easy to find any city department.  I was able to find 311 services immediately.  And the direct numbers to each individual department were much easier to find.  Now, I have to search. What happened to the old system?

I did contact the site administrators and received a response.  They appear to be willing to help.  I’ll let you know what happens.
