Judge Sharon Coleman is accepting applications for Law School Summer Externs through February 1st. All applications should include a resume, cover letter, transcript, and at least two letters of reference (one from school and one from an outside source). They should also include details about their law school’s extern program. Application materials should be sent via mail or email to Anthony Swanagan (see below). Law candidates must submit application materials via email.

Judge Coleman is also looking for high school or college students who are interested in getting exposure to the legal system to volunteer for 2-4 week stints from May 1 – May 15. Applications for the volunteer positions should include a resume, cover letter, and 2 letters of reference from a teacher or school staff member and one other source. Application materials should be sent to Anthony Swanagan. High School and College students looking to volunteer may email or mail application materials.
