The candidate for this position should possess technical skills in the following areas:
– Majoring in Computer Science or Engineering
– Two years work experience in PC supporting repair required.
– A+, networking + certification preferred.
– Strong desire to improve technical skills.
– A basic understanding of TCP/IP Networks and the Internet
– Good oral communication skills
Daily duties includes:
– Trouble shooting hardware, software problem for Laptop, PC, printers.
– Talk with customer about the problem, solution and collect payment.
– Sell customer computers and parts.
– Sell customer Chicago computer Club membership.
– Daily management tasks.
Note:
1. This is a full time job. 10:00am to 6:30pm, 5 days a week.
2. Monthly salary are $20K base + commission, regular range from $30K to $60K.
3. We are working on Franchise right now. Outstanding employee will be give chance to open their own franchise location.
