Make your health a priority for the month of April by joining Shorty’s Fitness Challenge. Simply commit to working out for 10 minutes a day, 5 days a week starting from April 4 -30. You pick the exercises and your schedule. The goal is for us to make a commitment and to stick to it. We have to start somewhere and there is not time like the present.
If your health or schedule does not allow for 5 days, being with 3 days of exercise.
