A Community Collaboration of JP Morgan Chase Bank Loan Modification Training Assist Workshop for Housing Counselors/Community Advocates Proviso Township-Austin Communities Organized By Community Reinvestment Organizing Project of The Monroe Foundation

Training Goal:
To familiarize housing counseling agencies and community advocates in the process used by JP Morgan Chase to assist its’ borrowers apply for a loan modification through the institution, and to provide answers to question to counselors and advocates may have about assisting clients/community residents who have Chase loans and are at-risk/foreclosure.

Purpose:
Chase as agreed to sponsor a Chase Borrowers Outreach Event for its’ borrowers in Proviso Township and Austin communities in the coming weeks. Our objective is to provide loan assist residents of these communities who are Chase mortgage-holders, get through the process of applying for a loan modifications as effectively and efficiently as possible, and monitor the process through the counseling services provided by participating HUD approved counseling agencies, and community advocates, and municipalities.

We encourage municipalities to send a representative as well.
