The South Area Civic League invites you to learn about Tax Incremental Financing (TIF) from Tom Tresser, Co-Founder of CivicLab. Tom is very passionate about TIFs and loves educating the community about what they are and how they work. He is very community focused and an all-around great guy. And yes, I am totally biased.
