Shorty’s Two Cents: Can I just say that I’m surprised to see this ad for the Taxi Livery Driver on the South Side?  Taxis are rarely seen on my side of town.  There are two ways to take this.  On the positive side, we can think that the transportation system is so accessible that there is little need for taxis. Of course, this would only happen in an ideal world.  On the negative side, which is a sad reality, the South Side is not the best place to be these days.
