From the desk of the Co-Founders:

The State of Illinois Department of Natural Resources Youth Recreation Corps recently granted us funds to hire students who are citizens of the State of Illinois and who, at the time of hiring, between 16 – 19 years of age.  The work will commence mid-July and go through the end of August, Monday – Friday, 9 am -3pm.

We have 8 slots available.  Those hired will have an opportunity to assist with curriculum development, project kit preparation, in-class program instruction, and administrative support.  Ultimately, these students will benefit from the mentoring our experienced staff will offer them for a lifetime. Candidates should either have an interest in engineering or education.
