Protest Against Banking Practices that Will Harm Your Community – Monday, January 24, 2011

Otis Monroe, the founder of The Monroe Foundation and Community Reinvestment Organizing Project (COP), needs your support with protecting the community from harmful banking practices! He is holding a call to action meeting to stop Chase from charging fees that will greatly affect low income communities. He also wants you to say no to urban bank partnership branch office closings. The meeting will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Bronzeville Visitor Information Center, 411 E. 35th Street (35th & King Drive), on Monday, January 24, 2011.
