The Principal of Roseland Christian School is the chief executive officer of the school with the responsibility for administering the school conforming to the school’s mission, policies, educational philosophy, and all state and federal laws.

He/She plans, develops, and directs the overall educational programs to fulfill the educational needs of students and achieve the objectives of the school.

He/She is responsible for providing educational leadership to all employees, improving the quality of the education based on best educational practices.

This position is responsible to the Board and reports to the Education Committee.

He/She supervises all employees of Roseland Christian School.
