During an interview with Ty Wansley on Chicago Speaks on Chicago’s V103 on Sunday, March 13, 2011, Reverend Jesse Jackson, Sr. reported that there is no gas crisis.  Essentially, prices are going up because the powers-that-be will it so.

Interestingly, last week my friend said that it was reported that gas prices are going up because of analysts influence not because of an emergency.  I forgot the resource he quoted, but after hearing Reverend Jackson, it’s really not hard to believe.

What are your thoughts about the gas prices increasing “just because”?
