The full description of this job as received from our client is as follows:

This position is NonExempt. Hours over 40 will be paid at Time and a Half. Delivers training at a level which requires facilitation of group process in diverse settings; design learning interventions to meet defined needs; works with management to define organizational objectives and design courses to meet those business needs. BS in a learning or closely related discipline, or sufficient practical and transferable experience to demonstrate practical equivalence; understands human learning concepts and has experience designing learning interventions to meet specific business needs.

Experienced instructional designer – experience in design and implementation of electronic learning materials (CBT’s), creating manuals and job aids. Knowledge / experience with Outstart Trainer (aka TrainerSoft) required. Knowledge of RWD InfoPak preferred. Experience with IT applications preferred. Detail oriented, strong problem solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
