PhD candidate Mr. Lewis Harris is conducting a veteran post-traumatic stress disorder survey for his dissertation.The survey consist of a demographic page and three assessment tools. Two of the tools measure the effect that your military service has had on your world view and perception. The third tool is meant to evaluate your style of relating to others.
