These rules apply every anyway, but it is particularly relevant to the following situation.

While waiting for service at Toyota on Western, I learned that a few thieves came into the establishment, snatched a woman’s Apple computer, and ran.  There were four of them total.

Apparently, on person sat by the door as if he was waiting for service; the other three guys walked around suspiciously.  They snatched the person computer while she was typing.  There was another person sitting across from the Apple lady was working on a Dell laptop, but they did not bother her or her computer.
