As we look forward to 2011, I just want to let you know that it was a pleasure to serve you in 201o, and I look forward to doing more in 2011.  I started Shorty in January of this year as a transition from my online newsletter that I had written, edited and published for nearly nine years.  It has grown from a few readers to to an average of 1,500 page views per month.  Woo hoo!

I would like for Shorty to continue to grow.  For that to happen, your help is needed.

Please let me know the things you liked and didn’t like as well as suggestions for subjection that falls under culture, education, employment, health and youth programs and activities.  Remember, our focus is connecting residents with community resources as well as sharing Chicago history and classics.
